The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and wood cabinetry. It opens up to an outside bar which overlooks the infinity edge pool and the Pacific. The house has 2 ACs although you rarely need to use them. The altitude and almost constant off shore wind flow paired with the ceiling fans are enough to keep the rooms cool especially at night. The entire house was designed to take advantage of the tropical breezes.

The home was originally designed and built to be a guest house. There is plenty of room remaining to build another larger home. The house comes fully furnished ready to move in or rent out. The living room has a 50”smart TV and ceiling fans. The master bedroom was designed to be opened at night to enjoy the cool breezes. There is a large window on the east side and sliding screened doors to the west. It has a pillow top queen bed with a frame, handcrafted by a local artist, and vaulted ceilings.
The guest bedroom has two single beds that are hand crafted. Both bedrooms have granite top sinks for added comfort and ease of living. All rooms provide an elevated view of the waves rolling in from the Pacific.
