An infinity pool surrounded by lush vegetation fronts the home to provide a cool dip during the day or fun play at night, with built-in bar stools and night lighting.

The house comes fully furnished including kitchen utensils, all appliances and linens. It is ready to move in or rent out.

The house was designed to take full advantage of the tropical breezes. Glass doors slide fully open, blending outdoor and indoor living spaces and enabling the ocean breezes to keep the house comfortable throughout the day.

There is a 2 car garage with a caretaker’s quarters and walk in storage closets. On the patio there is BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. There is a back-up generator for the house that automatically kicks on if there is a power outage.

The upstairs office/loft has a futon that converts into a double bed and has its own bathroom and Ocean view patio. It could easily be converted into a 4th bedroom.

Casa Jardin is located on the southwestern coast of Nicaragua in the residential resort community of Rancho Santana. It is 2,700 acres of rolling hills and beaches with over 3 Kilometers of coastline.
