About The Owners:

Sophie and Louis, two friends both from Europe (Belgium and France), moved to Nicaragua a couple of years ago and decided to take over Simon Says and refresh the concept! They created the famous monthly Full Moon Party at Simon Says, a vibrant bar for pop-ups events, Sunday brunches, healthy food for early breakfast to late lunch and smoothies galore.

Sophie created and invested a lot of time in decorating the space, and gave rise to the Simon Says as you know it today; while Louis adjusted the systems, countability, and gave a common goal to the team.

Louis is now back to Europe, and Sophie ready for a new chapter, making Simon Says the ideal turnkey business for those looking to relocate to San Juan del Sur!
